DAY 8 - IN ALL THINGS GOD WORKS FOR THE GOOD OF THOSE WHO LOVE HIM

Romans 8:28  (NIV) And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

This scripture has been miss quoted for years! People say “God works all things together for good” like nothing bad is ever going to happen. So when it does go bad, because we live in a fallen world, people feel like God has left them or they have failed. But as you memorise this verse today know that ‘in all things God works for your good’ While it doesn’t guarantee that you won’t find yourself ‘in’ a mess it does guarantee that ‘in’ that mess God is with you and is working it out for your good. And why does he help us out, not because we have earned it but because he loves you and you are called by him. Yes, you are called by Him, according to his purpose. Let that truth really sit in your spirit as you mediate on this verse today, you can be strong that you are loved and you are called and that no matter what circumstance you find yourself ‘in’ God will work it out for your good! Circumstances will change as you get this revelation into your mind. Don’t wait for the circumstances to change until you believe that he is working it out for your good – believe that he is working it out first and then watch the circumstances come into alignment with your belief. You may be ‘in’ right now, but God is going to work for your good!
