Christology
| Veli-Matti Karkkainen
An Ecumenical, International and Contextual Perspective
Veli-Matti Karkkainen deconstructs the concept of the ‘Christ’ in one of the most thorough, creative, and yet respectful ways imaginable. Karkkainen gives tribute to the historical Christ throughout the development of the church, in a way that doesn't make you regret buying this book. Handling the 'hammering out' of Orthodoxy with delicacy, assuredness, and unique insight. The comprehensiveness of Karkkainen's writing is to a point; irritating, however, whether being used a textbook, or just an interested reader, I would honestly say it is one of the best works available today.
